Mumbai: City-based redevelopment-focused builder Arkade Group has acquired a plot from Bajaj Group company Hercules Hoist for a little over Rs 103 crore. It will be building a residential project on an 8,300 sq m plot of land located in the eastern suburb of Mulund (West), which has the potential to develop an area of 0.5 million sq ft comprising 2 and 3 BHKs. Amit Jain, managing director of the family-run Arkade Group, said the project has a top-line potential of Rs 600 crore.
